Also loved Caroline repeatedly calling Danielle garbage to her face. Now i'm waiting for Danielle to push the button that makes Teresa turn into the hulk. I thought it was going to happen on the reunion show. She knocked Andy back in his seat like he was about to get the world's angriest lap dance.
