What kind of person wouldn't allow flags without permission, to be placed on their property? Well, I would. If someone placed a flag on my property without permission, I would remove it, simply because of the disrespect the individual showed towards me and my property. If someone asked me first, I wouldn't have an issue with it. First Amendments rights are a great thing in this nation, and that is one thing we can agree on.

This has nothing to do with Lance Corporal Fowlkes. This has to do with the violation of private property rights. Bank of America was perfectly in their rights to remove flags placed on their property without permission. Had permission been obtained, that would have been different.
